1)How do you open the locked treasure chest in Kalm Town?
2)Is there a way to fix the sports car in Cid's house (3rd disk)?

I managed to get the item in the high shelf in Kalm by continuously trying to reach it (I had Tifa leading at the time) until she finally got annoyed and pulled it down.
